A binding agreement between you and Little Yellow House ApS is only established once you receive a final order confirmation email confirming that the items have been processed and can be delivered. Reservations

Little Yellow House reserves the right to correct:

• Price errors
• Typographical errors
• Image errors
• Incorrect product descriptions

If such an error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust your order. We also reserve the right for items that may be sold out or discontinued.

Pre-orders

Certain products offered on littleyellowhouse.dk are sold as pre-order items. This means that production will only begin once a minimum number of orders has been reached. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept that:

• The product is not yet in stock and will be produced based on demand.
• Production will only start once the required minimum number of orders has been reached.
• Delivery times may therefore be longer than for regular in-stock items.

If the required minimum number of orders is not reached, Little Yellow House reserves the right to cancel the pre-orders. In such cases, any reserved or captured payments will be fully refunded to the original payment method without undue delay.

If a price is obviously incorrect and you reasonably should have discovered the error, Little Yellow House is not obliged to deliver the product at the incorrect price.

There are no payment fees when shopping at littleyellowhouse.dk.
The payment will only be captured when the order has been shipped from our warehouse.
